SERVICES
Routine Exams & Cleanings
For the best preventative care, regular examinations and cleanings are important. During the exam, Dr. Park will examine the teeth to identify any problems that may be difficult to spot in x-rays or to the naked eye. It is best to come in for exams and cleaning every 6 months and take x-rays every year.
Invisalign
Invisalign is great for adults and teens who are looking to improve their smiles without the hassle of wearing braces. Invisalign treatment is the process of wearing clear, removable aligners that will gradually straighten the teeth. Click here for more answers to specific questions about Invisalign.
Dental Fillings

When a tooth has a cavity, fillings are necessary to prevent the tooth from further damaging or decaying. Cavities are essentially holes in the teeth that are caused by bacteria. To treat the cavity, the affected parts of the teeth must be removed and filled. Dr. Park uses a composite filling in order to restore the tooth and help match the coloring to the rest of the teeth. Besides cavities, fillings are also used in order to help repair cracked teeth.
Dental Crowns
Not all cavities can be treated with fillings, however, and may require a porcelain crown to help protect what is left of the tooth. Crowns help to protect weak teeth, restore damaged or broken teeth, and prevent cracked teeth from cracking further. It serves as a permanent covering that covers the original tooth and essentially becomes the new surface of the tooth.
Teeth Whitening
Over time, teeth can change color due to foods and beverages such as coffee, tea, wine, etc. Other factors for discoloration include tobacco use, improper oral hygiene, or illnesses. Dr. Park offers several options for teeth whitening: custom take-home whitening trays or in-office zoom bleaching treatment. Speak with Dr. Park to see the best option for your specific concerns.
Composite Bonding & Bridges
Bonding and bridges are both cosmetic dental procedures. Bonding helps to restore chipped and cracked teeth, gaps between front teeth, and jagged edges on front teeth. Bridges are utilized when there is space of a missing tooth. A dental bridge is made of an artificial tooth that is held together by two crowns, which is then cemented to the surrounding teeth.
Veneers
Dental veneers are a cosmetic procedure primarily for aesthetics, where a thin coating of porcelain is bonded directly to the surface of the front teeth to change the tooth’s color, size, and/or shape.
